Marketing is Everything. June 8, 2023

Marketing is the process by which businesses and non-profits communicate with their target audience and persuade them to take action.  Do run or work with an organization that could improve its marketing?    More effective marketing allows organizations to more effectively attract new customers and grow.  This Hayek talk will provide ideas for how to more effectively market what you do.

How might you better understand the needs of your customers?  How can you use customer feedback to improve what you provide?   How can you create a more loyal customer base?  How can you differentiate yourself from the competition and create a unique identity in the marketplace?  How can you use your marketing to create a brand awareness and strong reputation?    You should leave this talk with answers to these questions.
