What does it mean to “strategically manage?”  Strategic planning is something many organizations do, but the strategic goals are often not realized because implementation falls short.  In this talk, Jamy Schaap will outline the standard steps of the strategic management process, but more importantly he will focus on the keys to successfully implementing a strategic plan.  In addition, Jamy will inform you of leader and team characteristics that tend to promote success.
